The national government of Indonesia created a website that can be used as a platform to report and voice citizens’ aspiration which the system has been integrated among 34 ministries, 96 public institution and 493 local governments. This platform is intended to facilitate and manage the citizens’ complaints and aspiration in a simple, fast-response and coordinated manner. However, a study in City of Bandung on the citizen perception of this platform suggests that further improvement is required for easier and wider use. The improvement aspects that were highlighted in the study includes the responsiveness of the system and the practicality or ease of use of the platform. From the survey conducted by the study, the citizen demand that the platforms needs more socialisation to allow more use from all groups of people and allow for expansion of input, as the platform only register complaints from their website and phone application which may not be suitable for non-mobile users.
