Viatele Structure Plan

Planning and Urban Management Agency (PUMA), Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment

David was the urban design lead for the preparation of the Viatele Structure Plan, a non-traditional village in the area of Apia. Working in collaboration with Planning and Urban Management Agency (PUMA) and the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Structure Plan anticipates the medium-long term development and direct future land uses. The Structure Plan is the preliminary spatial planning phase in an ultimate Sustainable Management Plan for Viatele.
