Indonesia Smart City Rating 2019 – Rating Kota Cerdas Indonesia (2019)

Rifda contributed to the methodology and conducted field studies to evaluate smart city programs across 93 cities in Indonesia. She led interviews and analyses for the project finalists to assess their smart city policies. Her work included identifying critical policy issues, performing stakeholder mapping, and conducting literature reviews to support policy outreach and best practices aligned with the Smart City vision. Rifda established partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and the private sector to drive collaboration. Additionally, she organized capacity-building workshops and training programs to enhance the capabilities of local and provincial government agencies in smart city development and management.
